Greenhouse expands its carrier-neutral ecosystem with Asimo Networks

Expansion of connectivity services

Greenhouse Datacenters is further expanding its carrier-neutral connectivity ecosystem with Asimo Networks. With three new Points of Presence (PoPs) at all Greenhouse sites in Naaldwijk, customers will gain access to extensive connectivity options and links to 76 data centre locations across the Netherlands and Europe.

Through this partnership, Greenhouse is further expanding its connectivity offering for customers in the region. From Naaldwijk, customers benefit from direct access to multiple internet exchanges, low latency to Amsterdam and a growing ecosystem of network and connectivity partners.

Direct access to peering, cloud and data centre connectivity

Greenhouse Datacenters offers carrier-neutral colocation from three data centre sites in Naaldwijk, strategically located between Rotterdam and The Hague. Customers have access to AMS-IX, NL-IX, DE-CIX and SpeedIX, amongst others.

Thanks to the expansion with Asimo Networks, customers also gain connectivity to 76 data centre locations in the Netherlands and Europe, including options for data centre interconnections, transit, private cloud connectivity and hybrid infrastructures.

“More and more organisations are looking for a carrier-neutral environment outside Amsterdam, without compromising on connectivity,” says Nick de Jong, COO of Greenhouse Datacenters. “With Asimo, we are strengthening our open ecosystem and giving customers direct access to a much wider network coverage from Naaldwijk.”

Greenhouse also offers low latency to Amsterdam and direct access to several internet exchanges, combined with scalable colocation and an independent connectivity model with no mandatory carriers.

A growing regional ecosystem

Asimo Networks provides network and connectivity services via its own backbone, covering 76 data centre locations. The partnership with Greenhouse responds to the growing demand for regional infrastructure and flexible connectivity outside traditional data centre regions.

Through its expansion with Asimo Networks, Greenhouse offers customers greater flexibility in connecting infrastructures, cloud environments and external data centre locations — without being dependent on a single network provider or platform.

With this expansion, Greenhouse is taking the next step in the development of an open, carrier-neutral infrastructure ecosystem for organisations in the Rotterdam and The Hague regions and beyond.
