You keep power, cooling, and connectivity running.
As a Datacenter Operations Engineer, you ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the technical infrastructure in our data centers and offices. You safeguard continuity, oversee maintenance, and independently take on more complex projects.
You work at a senior level. You take ownership, help shape a sustainable and future-proof environment, and serve as the team’s go-to subject matter expert. You work with four other engineers and coordinate closely with other teams, customers, technicians, suppliers, and inspection bodies. You consult with management on schedules, investments, and the risks that come with them.
What we’re looking for
You keep a cool head, even under pressure.
You’re technically skilled, focused on finding solutions, and enjoy working in an environment where every minute counts. You work independently, but you also know when to bring in a colleague.
At minimum, a vocational (MBO) or bachelor’s-level (HBO) degree in a technical field
Experience with (data center) technology or industrial installations
Knowledge of networking, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
You’re available 24/7 on a rotating schedule
You’re proactive and eager to keep learning
